The purpose of this quiz is to determine how safe your body feels right now. This is your current level of hormonal freedom. You will evaluate your life stressors, the reactions and physical symptoms you have as well as looking at your current self care routine . From this information you can chart a course to hormonal freedom!

  • Financial security threatened by job change or loss.
  • Relationships strained with family members or those close to you. Especially as a result of pandemic related changes to your daily routines.
  • New schooling issues for yourself or your children.
  • Getting sick or concern that your current health issues may be exacerbated by the pandemic.
  • Illness or death of a loved one, possibly complicated by not being allowed to visit them in the hospital or nursing home.
  • Loss of friendships or strains on other social relationships.
  • Loss of your usual support services both physical and emotional. Include the loss of self care activities that are no longer available.
  • Loss of your home or the need to move.
  • Loss of possessions perhaps through fire or financial strain which now limits what you can buy.
  • Unexpected role as a caregiver to someone who is ill or otherwise needs care.

  • (0-2)- Congratulations, you have been blessed during this time. Notice however, if your physical response (next part of the quiz) is out of sync with what is actually happening to you personally.
